*Australian standard online orders only in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth metro areas. Standard delivery time will vary on location within Australia. Expect delivery within 1 – 4 weeks, dependent on location.
Postage and Delivery
Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend either a home or work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) for the exact location of your Apartment B unit.

For all enquiries, please contact our Head Office and we will endeavour to assist you. All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. All international freight arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible; however, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stock sells out. Please allow extra delivery time during the Australian public holidays.
We reserve the right
- To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
- To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
If your items are faulty, under Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a replacement or refund of any faulty goods, of which the fault is considered major and which cannot be fixed. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, Apartment B will endeavour to have the goods repaired or replaced.
If you think that there is a fault or you are unhappy with an item you have received, please let us know immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Please include as many details as possible regarding the order and the problem with the goods. You have 10 days from the date you receive your order in which to organise a return of your goods to Apartment B. For international online orders, you have 40 days in which to organise a return your faulty goods. If you change your mind:
Whilst we are not required to provide a refund if you change of mind, we would be happy to provide an exchange or store credit. All goods will be inspected on return.
